This is the most heard MLM company I have ever faced in the internet. In the last month I got 5 invites from Agel among different countries. Agel is a great MLM opportunity and their business is worldwide. It is vitamins and supplements in a gel form. Inividual dosage packaging. The products are amazing. Agel are the first to market with gel technology products in a billion dollar health care industry. Agel founded in 2004 and in these last few years, it has been grown worldwide. They do business with a special unilevel compensation plan which is called the quadro plan. 
They provide a whole range of food supplements called the Agel care. These are good to use and great for marketing. Another great part of the Agel inventory are the skin care products called the Ageless. Agel products are recomended internationaly for their best quality. Agel is a nutritional MLM. There are dozens of them. They all take hard work to build - hype notwithstanding.
If vitamins are your bag it could be a good choice. If your downline isn't making money within a few months they will quit... and the cost of recruiting them will come out of your pocket. Its the same equation with any MLM.
Those who know their costs and can withstand the overhead of building the business in the short term may see steady income in the future.
Agel looks like a survivor... it may pan out really well for ambitious people.
